We want you to be completely in love with your Robe garment.
If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. We offer store credit for the price of the garment; subject to the following conditions:
Returning condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@robestudios.com. If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your garment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless the garment is faulty, we ask that you please cover the returns cost. Once the return is accepted we will issue you with an exchange or store credit.
Swimwear and lingerie
For hygiene reasons, all one piece swimsuits, bikinis and under garments cannot be returned. All sales are final.
Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
Faulty items
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team returns@robestudios.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may not be returned.
Sale and pre- order items
Sale items, sales with discount codes applied or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are non returnable unless faulty. The same applies for pre-ordered items.
Processing time for returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit or a replacement garment.
